Introudction Experiments

Further Building on my experiments with typography.
These experiments have been completed using the piano piece I composed myself, instead of the Chopin track. I am yet to add the voicemails and speech to the track, but eventually will slot it in in the final video.
Test One
I have chosen a Polaroid Land camera to feature in the shot, as a lot of the visuals I plan to use in the final video revolve around polaroid images. it also fits in with the vintage VHS style of filming, and helps to recreate the feeling of nostalgia hinted through the video effect.
I also added an audio effect of the vintage vinyl crackle sound, which i then quickly fade out when the piano first comes in. I think this would be more effective if the sound effect stopped when the piano plays its first note, as the audio and visual both have a mark emphasis, which could be heightened if with the crackling abruptly stopping.
The only annoying thing about this shot is due to the reflective properties of the lens my phone can be seen filming inside the camera. If I were to retake the shot I would figure out a way to prevent this, as it would appear a lot more professional.
Test Two
This video also works well as an intro, however I am worried about the low video quality obscuring the text. I have also not quite times the video well enough to have the typewriter keys hitting on the piano notes as intended, but I think that is down to the speed I pressed the keys originally when filming.
